Every government entity's posture, fused into one live national view - threat level, sector heat, directives, incidents under the National Incident Management Framework, and a signed situation report. Runs on-prem; nothing leaves the state.
The NCSA pilot row is anchored in this platform's own live results - Cloud Health, external assessment, SHIELD exposure and early warnings. The rest represent the national roll-out until their feeds connect.

Binding national and emergency directives (cf. CISA BOD/ED) with measured compliance. The email-authentication and exploited-vulnerability directives are measured from SHIELD's live checks.
Two meters, both computed from the platform's live state. Visibility is how much of the national picture was measured today rather than taken from representative data. The national threat index is the number behind the threat level: posture gap, open incidents by NIMF stage, exploited-vulnerability exposure and unacknowledged critical warnings. Only applications whose actions move one of the two appear in the ledger.

Pure Python, no external machine-learning libraries, nothing leaves the host. Every model is evaluated on held-out data, versioned, and each training run is signed on the audit chain. In production the models retrain nightly on the entity's own ingested logs.
One picture, three audiences. The Minister's brief is one page: what has been caught, how it was caught, what is being done and by when. The Head of Cyber Security report adds sector posture, directive compliance and the entity watchlist. The Senior Engineer report carries every timeline, statistic and verification step. Each is signed with the platform's Ed25519 key, printable, downloadable, and verifiable offline by any auditor, ministry or regulator.
