Software validation & deployment lifecycle

Software Validation & Deployment Lifecycle

Progressive validation, controlled integration, and operational readiness. Three stages, each with its own entry criteria, each proving something before the next one starts.

The lifecycle

From proof of value to production, one gate at a time.

Each stage validates more of the real environment than the one before it. Scope and entry criteria for every stage are agreed together before it begins.

01

Proof of value

Validate feasibility and potential value

  • Confirm priority use cases and expected outcomes
  • Explore core functionality and solution fit
  • Perform initial compatibility and integration checks
  • Review indicative detection capabilities and key success criteria
Where it runsSpark's platform with representative data; your own data only where you choose to bring it.
02

Pilot in test environment

Validate in representative scenarios

  • Exercise selected real-world workflows in a controlled environment
  • Assess initial integration with relevant systems, including backup tools
  • Refine functional and integration testing based on findings
  • Requires environment-specific knowledge transfer to Spark Software
Where it runsYour test environment, under your access and security controls, with written authorisation for every active test.
03

Production

Establish secure, sustainable operations

  • Enable production-grade integrations and operational workflows
  • Implement software deployment, update and maintenance lifecycle
  • Operationalize monitoring, detection and response capabilities
  • Requires broader visibility into the existing environment, subject to agreed access and security controls
Where it runsOn your premises or in a sovereign cloud inside Qatar; operated by your analysts, with Spark in support.

Indicative stage objectives · Scope and entry criteria to be jointly agreed.

How every stage is run

Three principles that do not change between stages.

01 · EVIDENCE

Everything is signed

Every result, report and configuration change is an Ed25519-signed entry on the audit chain, from the first proof-of-value run to production operations. The evidence of a stage is what opens the gate to the next.

02 · CONTROL

Your access, your rules

Active testing happens only against systems you have authorised in writing. Access widens stage by stage, never before the controls that govern it are agreed, and it stays visible to you throughout.

03 · SOVEREIGNTY

Nothing leaves your environment

The platform, its in-house AI model and its models trained on your data run where you decide. No third-party cloud, no data egress, at any stage.
